Councillors are summoned to attend an extraordinary meeting of the parish council on Monday 29th November 2021 at 7pm in Stoke Lacy Village Hall


120/21 To receive apologies for absence.

121/21 To receive declarations of interest & written dispensation requests.

122/21 To receive and approve the minutes from the ordinary meeting of the parish council held on the 10th November 2021.

123/21 Planning:  To consider comments on applications to be determined by Herefordshire Council:

123.1/21  Planning consultation – 213964 – land north of A465, Stoke Lacy. The erection of 20 dwellings and associated landscaping and infrastructure.


All participants are reminded that this meeting will be conducted according to the Standing Orders adopted by Stoke Lacy Parish Council (SLPC) on the 12th June 2019; a copy can be found on the parish website: www.stokelacyparishcouncil.org.uk

The Chairman of SLPC has extended, for this meeting only, the period of time designated for public participation at parish meetings from 15 minutes to 90 minutes per standing order 3(f) page 179.

Standing order 3(g), 3(i) and 3(k) will apply and a member of the public shall not speak for more than three minutes; a person shall raise his/her hand requesting to speak and shall stand when speaking (except where a person has a disability); only one person is permitted to speak at a time. If more than one person wants to speak, the chairman of the meeting shall direct the order of speaking.
