Current Account balance as at 1stMarch 2018: £6848.90

18/20 i. To approve accounts from 1stJanuary to 28thFebruary 2018 as distributed

18/20 ii Accounts for approval and payment:

  • Lengthsman’s account of £699.60 (inc. £116.60 VAT) for works along Gravel Pit Lane, & gutter clearing along Stoke Lane and lane to Little Cowarne
  • HALC Subs for 2018/19: £374.41 (inc £62.40 VAT)
  • Second half of grant to Stoke Lacy Village Hall of £500
  • To consider and approve request from Cider Press for grant of £200
  • Note payment of Clerk’s half-yearly salary and tax and £5 expenses
  • To discuss and approve ex gracia payment of up to £150to Mr Ryan Skyrme for snow clearance
  • To appoint an internal auditor
  • To authorise the Clerk to purchase a laptop and scanner for the Parish Council from the funds provided by central government in order to comply with GDPR
